DMCA

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act “DMCA” is designed to protect content creators from the theft and distribution of their works by third parties on the Internet. The law specifically targets websites whose owners may not know the identity of each content contributor or that serve as platforms for downloading and sharing content.

We have established procedures to respond to any infringement notices and take appropriate action. This DMCA policy applies to the website « apkmincraft.com » (“Website” or “Service”) and all related products and services collectively referred to as “Services.” It explains how the administrator of this site (“Operator,” “we,” “our,” or “ours”) handles copyright infringement notifications, and how you (“you” or “your”) can submit a copyright infringement complaint.

The protection of intellectual property is of utmost importance to us, and we expect our users and their authorized agents to respect it as well. Our policy is to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), the text of which can be found on the website of the U.S. Copyright Office.

Considerations Before Submitting a Copyright Infringement Complaint

If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting constitutes an actual infringement, you may wish to consult an attorney before filing a notice with us. The DMCA requires you to provide your personal information in the copyright infringement notice. If you are concerned about the privacy of your personal information, please carefully consider these implications.

Infringement Notifications

If you are a copyright holder or an authorized agent thereof, and you believe that material available on our Services infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written copyright infringement notice (“Notification”) using the contact details provided below, as required by the DMCA. All such notifications must comply with the requirements of the DMCA.

Filing a DMCA complaint triggers a predefined legal process. Your complaint will be reviewed for accuracy, validity, and completeness. If your complaint meets these criteria, our response may include the removal or restriction of access to the allegedly infringing material.

If we remove or restrict access to materials or terminate an account in response to a presumed infringement notice, we will make a good faith effort to contact the affected user with information regarding the removal or restriction of access.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in any part of this Agreement, the Administrator reserves the right to take no action upon receipt of a DMCA copyright infringement notice if it does not meet all the DMCA requirements for such notices.

The process described in this Policy does not limit our ability to pursue any other remedies we may have to address alleged infringements.

Modifications and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the Site and Services at any time, at our discretion. When we do so, we will post a notice on the main page of the Site, send you an email to inform you, or otherwise notify you at our discretion, such as through the contact details you have provided.

An updated version of this Policy will take effect immediately upon the publication of the revised Policy, unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Site and Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement (or any other act specified at that time) will constitute your consent to those changes.
